Frequently Asked Questions
Why do I have a balance if I have insurance?
Insurance does not always pay the entire allowed amount. Your plan may assign part of the cost to your deductible, copayment or coinsurance. Certain services may also be excluded or denied under your benefits.
Should I pay if my insurance claim is still being processed?
Contact your insurance company and the Rosh billing department before paying an amount that you believe is still under review, being corrected or being appealed.
What should I do if I already paid?
Keep your confirmation number, receipt, canceled check or card statement. Contact the billing department if the payment does not appear on your account after a reasonable processing period.
Can I request an itemized statement?
Yes. Contact the billing department and request a statement showing the dates of service, charges, insurance activity, adjustments, payments and remaining balance.
What should I do if I cannot pay the full balance?
Contact the billing department as soon as possible to discuss your account and determine whether payment arrangements or other options may be available.
