Standard OB care works within a system built around patient volume. Appointments are short, physician continuity is limited, and access outside of office hours can be difficult. Our concierge program is structured differently from the ground up.
As a Maternal-Fetal Medicine practice, we bring subspecialty expertise that most OB practices cannot offer. MFM specialists train extensively in the management of complex, high-risk pregnancies, genetic counseling, and advanced fetal diagnostics.

Access and Availability
Members have direct access to Dr. Roshan or their preferred physician around the clock. Communication happens through whichever channel works best for you, including phone, email, text, and telemedicine. Questions do not wait for business hours, and neither does your care.
Physician Continuity
One of the most valued aspects of our concierge program is its consistency. Members work with a chosen physician throughout the entire pregnancy, building a relationship grounded in familiarity and trust. At delivery, a Rosh physician is always present, and ROSH Select Care members have their chosen physician present specifically for their delivery.
Advanced Maternal-Fetal Expertise
Our MFM physicians hold board certification in both obstetrics and gynecology and subspecialty certification in maternal-fetal medicine. Consultations draw on the most current knowledge of obstetrical, medical, genetic, and surgical complications of pregnancy. Members with high-risk conditions receive specialist-level oversight as a built-in part of their care.
Nutrition, Wellness, and Health Coaching
Members have access to individualized Medical Nutrition Therapy, general nutrition counseling, and meal planning services provided by our registered dietitians. Nutrition support covers gestational diabetes management, appropriate weight gain during pregnancy, and long-term lifestyle planning.
Health coaching programs cover exercise, wellness topics, and preconception and prenatal genetic counseling. Our genetic counselors work in a supportive, non-directive environment to help you make informed decisions about your pregnancy.
Care Coordination and Advocacy
When care from outside specialists is needed, our team facilitates connections to a trusted network of top providers across New York. Dedicated office personnel handle administrative coordination so you spend less time managing logistics and more time focusing on your health.
Postpartum Care
Support does not end at delivery. Our postpartum services include evaluation of the mother’s physical recovery, mood, and emotional well-being. We also offer infant feeding support, guidance for sleep and fatigue management, and care for chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, thyroid disorders, and gestational complications that continue after delivery.
