Sonographer – OB/GYN Ultrasound

Location: New York, NY
Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Department: Clinical & Imaging Services
Reports To: Lead MFM Provider / Clinical Director

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate OB/GYN Sonographer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is proficient in prenatal ultrasounds and passionate about delivering patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform high-quality OB/GYN and maternal-fetal ultrasound exams (NT, anatomy, biophysical profiles, growth scans, etc.)

Collaborate with MFM physicians to ensure diagnostic accuracy

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR

Ensure equipment is properly maintained and sanitized

Educate patients on procedures and answer related questions

Support satellite office coverage as needed

Qualifications

ARDMS certification in OB/GYN required

NT certification (Nuchal Translucency) preferred

1–3 years of experience in obstetric or maternal-fetal ultrasound preferred

Excellent communication and bedside manner

Experience with GE Voluson machines a plus

Bilingual (English/Spanish or Yiddish/Hebrew) is a plus
