Business Development Representative – OB/GYN Ultrasound Program
🎯 Position Summary
We’re seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals with OB/GYN practices.
Your mission: introduce our turnkey ultrasound program and drive growth.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify independent OB/GYN practices and women’s health groups
- Execute outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate leads
- Qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls with decision-makers
- Explain the clinical and financial value of our ultrasound program
- Coordinate with internal teams to develop customized proposals
- Close deals and coordinate contract execution with internal stakeholders
- Project manage the setup and onboarding of each new site (equipment, scheduling, staffing, training)
- Serve as the point of contact for ongoing client communication and issue resolution
- Ensure each partner is supported, compliant, and optimizing the program’s value
- Log activity and manage leads in CRM (e.g., HubSpot)
- Meet or exceed monthly outreach and closing targets
- Attend virtual and in-person industry events as needed
- Meet with customers at their locations
- Set up new customers with our program
🎓 Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in B2B healthcare sales, client success, or operations
- Strong understanding of OB/GYN practice operations or provider relations
- Proven experience managing full sales cycles from prospecting to post-sale support
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Comfortable handling multiple partner relationships at once
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and attention to detail
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) required
